This will give you an insight into the colour required to support your chakra energy and the attributes of that specific chakra.

MERIDIAN SYSTEM

We look at the what colour is required to support your meridian energy and the attributes of that meridian.

COLOUR QUESTIONS

By numbering symptoms in a short questionnaire, I am able to see what colours are required to help support the presenting symptoms.

COLOUR CARDS / FLOWER ESSENCE

Placing 8 colour cards in order of your visual preference determines the flower essence you require for home support.

Over the weeks following your session, you incorporate the specified colours into your life along with taking your flower essence.
