Please Note: To ensure you receive maximum benefits without putting the body under pressure, Kinesiology testing will be done to assess the order of modality (particularly with the extensive packages). This will also determine if the regime has to be separated over time. The outcome of this test will have to be adhered to as your body knows what it is capable of handling at the particular time.
